1.Coordinate daily operations including vessel scheduling, terminal resource allocation and optimization, berthing line-up and vessel formalities etc.

2. Delivery network execution and optimization, contributing to service delivery to customers.

3. Critical information exchange for Vessel, Cargo, Equipment, VSA partner related between port and TbM.

4.Manage and drive port operations efficiency to our fleet, cargo connection, service delivery.

5.Support Procurement department strategy planning, contract negotiation and TCO for specific project.

6.Support ships to fulfil planned port activities including bunkering, sludge operations, medical services, crew change, repair and provision etc.

7.Emergency handling for vessel, cargo related issues.
