1.Support precontract and sales activities such as approval quotation and technical clarification.

2.Lead plan approval for newbuilding projects, define project approval scope, coordinate internal and external kick-off meetings (with designers, shipyards, owners, etc.), and drive project initiation and execution.

3.Serve as the single point of contact for plan approval and communicate actively with on-site project manager, approval team and external clients on project risks and status.

4.Propose improvement opportunities where relevant and communicate to project sponsor approval when identify the critical issues.

5.Manage and execute the internal work order between the newbuilding region and global approval centers.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.

2.10+ years of working experience in maritime industry.

3.Customer & solution-oriented mindset with a good understanding of ship classification.

4.Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, ability to effectively coordinate technical teams, on-site teams, and external clients; fluent in English (both written and verbal, suitable for international project communication).

5.Prior experience in plan approval or site survey at IACS member classification society, ship design, or project management is preferred.
