1、作为船东与跨国货主之间的中介和谈判代表，保持良好客户关系，参与国际干散货海运租船经纪业务（包括但不限于市场开拓、合同谈判等）

Act as a specialist, intermediary, and negotiator between shipowners and multinational charterers.

Maintain strong client relationships and facilitate international dry bulk chartering transactions,including business development and contract negotiations.

2、开拓市场，维护客户关系，并参与干散货租约谈判

Develop new markets, build and maintain client relationships, and negotiate dry bulk shipping charters.

3、收集并维护租船市场相关信息

Conduct research, gather and maintain up-to-date information on the chartering market.

4、建立并维护与船东及租家的长期合作关系

Establish and sustain strong relationships with shipowners and charterers.

5、监督租约执行，并配合航次操作团队

Oversee the execution of charter parties and coordinate closely with voyage operations.

1、相关专业本科及以上学历，1–2 年相关工作经验者优先（可包括实习或全职）

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred(including internship or full-time).
