1、负责船舶的动态跟踪并及时与内外部相关方进行及时有效的沟通

Responsible for monitoring vessel movements and ensuring timely and effective  communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

2、运输合同及相关文件的归档管理，并作好相关记录

Responsible for archiving and managing transportation contracts and related  documents, while maintaining accurate records. 

3、负责航次数据的录入管理，并核对数据是否完整、准确

Manage the input of voyage data and verify its completeness and accuracy. 

4、运费和滞期费等应收账款的催收及管理

Handle the collection and management of receivables, including freight and  demurrage.

1、船舶或相关专业的本科或以上学历

Bachelor’s degree or above in shipping, maritime studies, or related fields.

2、有相关企业的工作经验优先

Relevant work experience in the shipping industry is preferred.  

3、熟练的英语书写和沟通能力

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

4、注重细节和秩序

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5、善于处理人际关系

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative working relationships.
